The Company, with a view to compete with local and national companies while supporting multinational operations in Nigeria was incorporated as a Limited Liability Company under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on September 15TH in the year 2000. We have the various licenses and permits to do business in the oil & gas industry without limitation or barriers, and to deliver with high efficiency and capability.
